President of Onward Motion Helps -  Bryan is a devoted father, the world’s greatest husband, and an unapologetically proud dog-dad to Daisy Mae and Beau. 

After a motocross accident left him paralyzed, he didn’t slow down—he simply shifted gears. 

Bryan brings grit,  and steady-can’t-break-me energy to Onward Motion, proving every day that resilience isn’t a motto… it’s a lifestyle. 

Vice President of Onward Motion | Social Media Director and Artist. -  Tara is an author, artist, and lifelong storyteller who brings heart, humor, and a touch of magic to everything Onward Motion creates. 

Born with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy, she understands firsthand the power of community, creativity, and representation — and uses that insight to help shape the mission from the inside out. 

As Onward Motion’s social-media sorceress, she blends strategy with imagination, turning everyday moments into connection and meaningful impact. 

A devoted lover of all critters great and small, Tara infuses warmth and wit into everything she does, proving that resilience isn’t just lived — it’s artfully told. 

Onward Motion Activities Director -  Hayle is our resident queen of organization — if something’s out of place, she’ll fix it before you even notice. 

She’s a powerhouse mom to three amazing kids, married to a man who keeps her laughing, and she brings that same energy to everything she touches. 

After a routine procedure left her paralyzed, Hayle didn’t miss a beat — she simply rolled right into greatness. 

Now she’s the mastermind behind our activities and the first female driver on Team Onward Motion, proving that perfectionism plus horsepower is a very real thing. 

Fundraising Director -  Brad Henke embodies the heart of leadership through action. Just four years into his injury, Brad has made it clear that his life did not pause—it evolved. Rather than slowing down, he stepped forward, choosing purpose, service, and momentum.

A former firefighter, Brad carries with him a deep-rooted commitment to helping others and strengthening the communities around him. 

That instinct didn’t disappear after his injury—it sharpened. Today, he leads with empathy, grit, and a steady determination to ensure others facing life-changing circumstances know they are not alone and are far from finished.

Brad is a devoted husband and father, and his family remains a powerful source of motivation behind everything he does. He leads not only for himself, but for the future he believes is possible—for his children, and for the broader disability community.

His involvement with Onward Motion reflects his belief that representation, opportunity, and shared experience matter. Whether stepping up when needed or supporting the mission behind the scenes, Brad brings integrity, resilience, and a “keep going” mindset that strengthens our leadership team.
